Dead End|死胡同

 

 

This project based on the research of the blind alley space attribute, space of public or private property problems are discussed.Hutong as endowed with the characteristics of Beijing traditional living space has its unique charm, in the extensive hutong there is also a special space, that is a dead end.Cul-de-sac lost part of public space should be public property, and the characteristics of a private.Because of the space itself naturally embarrassed status, the mode of existence of communism and the vagueness of privacy, I will be two opposite attribute space (hutong - toilet) mutual confluence, to creating new space form and endowed with fresh visual chest, and drama writing style of the space, giving space narrative content, allow yourself to be a dead end "voice", thus to put forward to explore space.

 

死胡同项目通过对死胡同空间属性的研究,探讨了空间的公私有属性问题。胡同作为赋有北京特色的传统居住空间一直散发着它独有的魅力,在四通八达的胡同中还存在一个特别的空间,那就是死胡同。随着岁月的变迁,胡同中部分空间被人们重新划分与改建,产生了部分只有一个出口的胡同空间,称为死胡同。从而这种被称为死胡同的空间失去了一部分公共空间所应有的公共属性,而又多了一份私有空间的特征。由于空间本身自然形成的公私尴尬状态,公有性与私有性模糊化的存在方式,我将两种相反属性的空间(胡同—胡同厕所)相互融合,去碰撞出新的空间形态和赋有新鲜感的视觉臆象,并用戏剧空间的创作手法, 赋予空间内容叙事性,让死胡同自己“发声”,从而对空间的公私属性提出探讨。
